Christine creates champions which brings extraordinary results when helping complex organisations to change the way they work.
With an impressive track record of lead management and consultancy roles in the National Health Service at local, regional and national levels, Christine has a wide experience of multiagency working especially with public authorities and third sector organisations. She is expert at helping managers and practitioners from diverse backgrounds to take on new champion roles in order to successfully change work practices in order to improve productivity and value for money.
Now a freelance consultant, Christine's areas of expertise include staff engagement and empowerment, leadership development, education and training and organisational change management.
