Tina works in partnership with a small group of very experienced consultants who deliver to the same standards and core values.  Our contracts ensure that you get the work delivered at the right time and to budget with quality and capacity ensured by the ethical management core group.Nadine is our virtual office manager and coordinates the core group and provides office contact for customers.

Working with quality in mind
We don’t claim to be perfect or know it all but we are endeavoring as an SME and lean business to be consciously making decisions that attend to quality. Here are some of the things we practice.

Monitoring and evaluation
Our business structure takes into account monitoring and evaluation on all contracts. We work in collaboration with you to ensure that we are sufficiently accountable to you and can respond not only to your formal requirements but also to any issues as they arise.

For supervision of practice an established co-mentoring arrangement takes place with the consultants where experience of recent practice is exchanged at two monthly intervals subject to the usual professional code of confidentiality.

Diversity
A strengths based approach means that we make use of your existing talent responding to a wide mix of cultures. Our reputation is in working with and maximising difference. In plain speak we thrive and get good results in multi agency, cross-divisional and multi-discipline settings. 

Virtual working
Admin and IT is supported virtually. Actively scrutinizing to keep overheads and business costs as low as possible. Maximum use of e-mail and skype and meeting face to face not as a norm but as required.

Paperless office
Well not yet, but we are trying. We keep printing to a minimum and now use laptops and recycled paper. Both sides of flip chart paper filled. Core handouts to a minimum and others on specific request.

Green travel
No surprises using train and bus when possible. But we think about location too. So we have colleagues working in their own region. And we do check with our clients when we travel that what we offer can’t be sourced equally locally. All flights taken are carbon off- setted by planting trees in Spain under the flight path of our most regular European journey.
