We integrate action learning and project management to help people to develop their confidence and knowledge on how to take control and get real results.

Our integrated programmes help participants to:

A typical programme outline
You use a real project of your own or significant live issue that you wish to work on.
You work in-house or with a group of peers, usually six to eight people. Meetings can be face to face or virtual.
We start with an introductory taster session on action learning and project management to get you going.
Then we facilitate a series of sessions with you, usually a minimum of six, over a period of seven to ten months.
