Tina is a professional who understands about learning from experience and being thrown in at the deep end. Her work with managers takes them from the edge of their skills, enabling them to know what to do - when they don’t know what to do.
She is expert in taking up where training leaves off, encouraging people to do more with less and integrating learning into work to improve staff capacity. In short, where business results and motivation are needed, Tina has a track record of effective change management.
She is the owner and Chief Executive of Ethical Management Consulting, specialising in leadership development and action learning, which uniquely integrated with project management, gives a foolproof recipe for both individual and organisational success.
An experienced and practical self starter, Tina's management development experience is extensive. She spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer transforming a social enterprise. She moved on to other challenging management development roles, with experience in ethical business, construction and housing services, public health, tourism, local government and social care, primarily in the SME, public and third sectors.
Her credentials show commitment to learning as a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a Masters in Management Learning from Lancaster University and non executive director of the Great Places Housing Group, a major housing association in the north of England.
