A specialist in developing strategy and implementing within the operational environment. Paul has a broad mix of experience within the Technology, Manufacturing, Automotive and Electronics Industries. Part of his uniqueness is project managing the implementation of strategy to realisable benefits.
Whilst working within Industry and gaining first hand the knowledge and understanding of all levels, from a Technician Apprentice through to Managing Director of an Automotive Design SME consultancy, he has also had significant exposure to the public sector, facilitating local Council Leadership and Coaching workshops.
Paul joined ethical–management consulting to deliver back some of his empirical learning into the consulting sector. “Tina’s unique brand of consulting support provided the perfect vehicle to deliver what I’d developed through linking business & project management with organisational development”. We trained together as NLP practitioners and forged a unique consulting brand – Ethical Impact - getting results from diagnosis to delivery.
“The key test of any consulting activity is the results achieved at implementation, that’s why we offer full support through programme introduction and implementation – to deliver real bottom line value which is on time, on budget and on target”.
To complement his on the job experience and learning he graduated from Staffordshire University in 1995 with a BSc in Physics and Electronics. Paul has also completed facilitation skills training with Roffey Park and Brathay Trust and Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation with Caterpillar. In 2006 he received the NLP practitioner award, and is currently studying for Master Practitioner.
One of his most significant experiences came not from work however, in 1999 Paul went white water rafting in Zimbabwe and stayed on to do some backpacking, going with the flow and having the most life enriching experiences on the way – a pure tonic to the structure and control which we surround ourselves in in the West and some good life lessons thrown in for good measure.
Client feedback has said Paul is:-
- ”a natural leader”
- ”persistent”
- ”able to create harmony within chaos”
Some of my passions – Mountain Biking which has got me into some pretty scary scrapes and walking, where I firmly believe that one is not lost until you can’t find your way out by some means, or put another way – I may not know where we are, but I can find us a way out which has become a guiding principal!
I am fascinated by our communication process, and being armed with a growing NLP toolset am astonished that we communicate at all – there is so much misunderstood that everywhere there is opportunity to improve. |
